Responsibilities:
General Duties
Work with District Manager to schedule Preventative Maintenance and Elective Maintenance.
Work with District Manager on job scheduling and equipment needed.
Manage P-card and T&E card
Maintain positive customer relationship (internal and external)
Training and mentoring new employees.
Maintain necessary certifications for self and shop.
Accurate/timely timesheets
Safety/Compliance
Technical/site specific HSE training
Driving HSE culture/behavior
Support FirstAlert
Operate company vehicles in a safe, responsible manner.
Maintain safe and organized work area
Monitor regulatory (DOT, CVIP, etc.) compliance, inspection, and files.
Technical Operations
Offshore unit Preventative Maintenance and unit installation
Maintain records and communicate as required.
Remove/red tag equipment that is not suitable or safe for service.
Facilitate 3rd party maintenance of equipment.
Document local modifications
Purchasing inventory parts and supplies
Stay current on FMN/OTB
Seek process improvements for job/operations/cost efficiency without compromising quality, safety, or performance.
Basic fabrication
Provide technical assistance to operations.
Provide wellsite troubleshooting and technical assistance, as required.
Upkeep of lab/test equip.
Prepare equipment for electronic repair
RSO responsibilities
Install software
Equipment movement/logistics
Engineered solutions/R&D
Maintain and repair surface and downhole equipment as per Baker Atlas specifications and within the demands of operations

Minimum 2 year training in Electronics repair. (
Tech
Schoolor trade school)
Equivalent 2 years training from the military or other industry training program.
